2. Hosting & Contract Processing
We host our website with IONOS SE. Provider: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur (hereinafter "IONOS").
When you visit our website, IONOS collects various log files including your IP addresses. Details are available in the IONOS Privacy Policy.
The use of IONOS is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in reliable website presentation. If consent is requested, processing is based solely on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Data Processing Agreement
We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with IONOS. This legally required contract ensures IONOS processes visitors' personal data solely according to our instructions and in compliance with GDPR.

Due to technical reasons, data is automatically transmitted to IONOS's webserver upon accessing our HTML files. These are stored in server log files.
The following data is temporarily collected:

- Operating system used

4. No Cookies & No External Services
We explicitly state that no cookies are used on this website. Additionally, no external fonts or scripts are loaded. No automatic data transmission to third parties outside the aforementioned hosting occurs. There is no tracking or user behavior analysis.

If you contact us via e-mail (address in Impressum), your details will be stored for request processing and follow-up questions.

We process the data transmitted with your e-mail: typically your address, name (if provided), and message content.
Purpose & Legal Basis:
